Refund policy
- Customers must notify Patterson Fan of a return request within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Once a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is issued, the product must be shipped back within 10 business days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all components.
- Products that have been installed, or that were sold with a custom paint or appearance package, are final sale and non-refundable.
- Returns that are missing components, damaged during shipment, or modified in any way may be subject to additional service and/or parts replacement fees. Any such charges will be assessed based on the actual material and labor costs required to restore the product to its original factory condition.
